Real architecture, real data, real matches.

Every estimate Continuum produces goes through four distinct stages — parsing plain-language scope, pricing against regional data, flagging risks, and matching contractors. The demo above runs the full pipeline in about eight seconds. Production runs under ten.

FACTThe demo above is the actual product UI — not a video, not a mockup.
FACTCost ranges come from regional cost-per-sqft data, not contractor self-reporting.
FACTContractor rankings are reasoned in plain English, with the reasoning visible on every match.

The four stages

Parse Price Match Deliver.

i.Parse

From plain English to structured scope.

You describe your project the way you’d describe it to a friend. Continuum’s AI parses it the way a senior estimator would — extracting square footage, finish level, structural complexity, the materials needed, the trades required, the things you said and the things you implied.

PRODUCESStructured scope, complexity rating, ambiguity flags — reviewable before pricing runs.

ii.Price

Against real regional data.

Your scope runs through our regional cost model — calibrated for Vail (1.75× national baseline) and Aspen (1.85×). The result is a cost range with an explicit confidence level, framed pessimistically by design. Single numbers are false precision. Honest ranges are how construction actually works.

PRODUCESCost range in dollars, confidence level, timeline range, applied regional multiplier.

iii.Match

To contractors who actually fit.

From our active network of real general contractors in your region — onboarded directly, not scraped — the AI ranks two to three by trade alignment, regional experience, current availability, and rating. Each match comes with plain-English reasoning. No pay-to-play, no inflated scores — if no one’s a great fit, we say so.

PRODUCESRanked contractor list with match scores and the reasoning behind each one.

iv.Deliver

An honest first number.

What you walk away with: a cost range, a timeline range, a scope summary, surfaced risks, and ranked contractor matches. Not a quote. A baseline real enough to plan around — and to negotiate from.

PRODUCESYour homeowner workspace and the brief sent to matched contractors — one source of truth on both sides.

Regional intelligence

Pricing isn’t opinion. It’s data, by region.

AnchorNational baseline ≈ $350/sqft mid-range custom residential. Every regional multiplier below applies against this number.

Multipliers reflect labor scarcity, material logistics premiums, permitting complexity, and seasonal build windows specific to each region. Additional regions are in calibration; we’ll list them here when the model is honest enough to ship.

The workspace

Two views of the same project.

After the estimate lands, both sides open a workspace. Homeowners see their scope, matches, and incoming bids. Contractors see the brief and respond — bid or decline, with reasoning. No phone tag. No missed emails.

The contract

Here’s what we’ll never do.

  • Give you a single-point estimate dressed up as a quote.

INSTEADRanges with confidence levels — never one number to rally a budget around.

  • Hide risks to make the number look better.

INSTEADRisk flags surface on every estimate — permitting, lead times, site access, seasonal windows.

  • Promote contractors who pay us. There is no pay-to-play.

INSTEADRanks come from trade alignment, availability, and regional experience — nothing else.

  • Pretend the AI replaces a contractor’s eyes on your site.

INSTEADEvery estimate is labeled a starting point for the contractor conversation, not the end of it.

  • Confidently answer questions we don’t actually have data for.

INSTEADConfidence is rated low / medium / high on every estimate, with the reasoning visible.
